Spark Engine UI Configuration
Spark Engine can be registered directly from the Collate UI, as an alternative to hand-editing the YAML shown in External Configuration. Since it’s an admin-level setting rather than something configured per pipeline, it lives under Settings > Preferences > Profiler Configuration, not alongside individual profiler workflows.
